Melody Zheng, Chief Representative of Bupa China Representative Office
Ms. Melody ZHENG joined Bupa China in September 2011 as the Chief Representative. Melody is responsible for building and promoting Bupa¡¯s brand and credentials, managing government relations, and developing Bupa market strategy in China.
Prior to joining Bupa, Melody was with Allianz for twelve years and AIA for over four years, and therefore accumulated rich experience in operation management including underwriting, claims, product development, medical provider network setup, customer service and strategy development for establishing branch offices. She has a firm technical background and in-depth China market knowledge both at operational and regulatory levels. Melody was a doctor specialized in cardiology in a top grade public hospital in shanghai.

Mr. Christopher Dennis joined Bupa in November 2011. He is the General Manager of Bupa Consulting (Beijing) Co. Ltd, responsible for overall business development and operations.
Prior to joining Bupa, Mr. Dennis has been working for Europ Assistance China, Euro-Alarm China and Euro-Center China (2005) for the Munich Re Group at senior managerial positions over the years. In these roles, Mr. Dennis was responsible for implementing new business lines, establishing service network for IPMI business, as well as developing international travel insurance products for Chinese outbound travelers together with top Chinese insurers.
Of British nationality, Mr. Dennis was born in Denmark and holds a BA in Chinese form University of Copenhagen. He has been based in China since 1994.
